LOL @ "because I wanted a promotion"! So much for feminism.
Or you could look at that reason in the light that women have figured out how to work over and abuse mens' weaknesses...and are open enough sexually to go for it (as men have been for years)!
Granted, this could be like saying that porn is really beautiful and is an art that celebrates the womanly form...
Which, you know, to each his/her own!

I didn't see anywhere that said that people do it because it is hopefully enjoyable, fun, and pleasurable?!?!? Or is that just my personal opinion!?!?!
